Dorian could strike Florida as a Category 3 storm

More than three million people in Puerto Rico are getting ready for Tropical Storm Dorian's impact. It's expected to bring strong winds, heavy rain, and the risk of flooding and mudslides to the island, before threatening Florida as a possible Category 3 storm.
